Privacy policy

Who we are

The data controller is Lichfield Street Aesthetics Group, operated by Kevin Langley as a sole trader, at 21c Lichfield Street, Tamworth, B79 7QD, United Kingdom.

This policy is written under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional treatment of interest and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a consultation or appointment, on the basis of your request (legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before a booking).

The form sends your message by email to the clinic using Resend, an email delivery service. We do not send you an automatic reply and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Please do not put sensitive health information in the form. We talk about your health and suitability for a treatment at your free consultation.

We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with it and any resulting booking.

Messaging us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook

The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger so you can message us. If you use them, your message is handled by that service under its own privacy policy, and we see what you send us there. Nothing is sent to those services just by visiting this site.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden field to tell people from automated spam. Turnstile may check some technical details of your browser to do this.

Page-view counter

This site uses a cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark. It records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link. It sets no cookies. Your IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.

On www.lichfieldstreet.co.uk the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It loads a moment after the page (at your first tap, scroll or key press, or after five seconds), is provided by Google under its own privacy policy, and may set cookies. The site uses no advertising pixel.

Embedded content from other services

Where this site shows Google reviews or an Instagram feed, they are displayed by Fouita, a third party, and the content comes from Google and Instagram. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address when the content loads, and handle it under their own privacy policies.

The map on the home and contact pages is a Google Maps embed. When it loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, handled under Google's privacy policy.

Online booking

When you book online, your name, email address, phone number and any message, with the treatment and time you choose, are sent to our own booking system so we can confirm, move or cancel your appointment and contact you about it.

Card payments are taken by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

Hosting and cookies

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to serve pages and keep the site secure.

The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, message us using the details below.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
